If you're looking for fitness guidance that feels realistic, supportive, and sustainable, I'm glad you're here.  My name is Jennifer Schulze, and I'm a personal trainer and online fitness coach who helps women build strength, confidence, and healthy habits that fit into real life.

I know firsthand that fitness looks different at every stage - because I've lived it.

 

My Journey Into Fitness

I'm a wife and mom of three, and my fitness journey didn't follow a straight line. While movement and health have always been part of my life, I didn't step on a competition stage until I was 30 years old - after having my second baby. 

That experience shaped the way I coach today. I understand what it's like to juggle kids, work, family, exhaustion, and still want to feel strong and confident in your body.  Fitness didn't start for me at a "perfect time" - it started during a very real season of life.

I now have over 14 years of experience in the fitness industry, working with women from all backgrounds, ages, and stages of life.  From beginners to seasoned lifters, from new moms to women rediscovering themselves later in life- I've seen it all, and I love helping women find what works for them.

 

A Family Business & A Shared Passion

Alongside my husband, I'm also the co-owner of Elite Personal Training, where we work together coaching in person clients every day. Owning a gym and building a business as a family has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey.

It keeps me grounded, connected, and constantly learning _ not just as a coach, but as a woman balancing career, marriage, motherhood, and personal goals.

 

My Coaching Philosophy

I believe fitness should support your life - not take it over. 

I don't believe in extremes, quick fixes, or programs that leave you burned out. Instead, my approach focuses on:

  • Building strength safely and effectively
  • Creating habits, you can maintain long-term
  • Supporting your physical and mental confidence
  • Adapting fitness to your current season of life

Whether you're just starting out, returning after time away, or ready to challenge yourself in a new way, there is always a place for you in fitness.

I offer in-person personal training at Elite Personal Training, as well as online coaching and programs designed to help women train smarter and feel supported _ wherever they are.
