HI, I'M JENNIFER.
Strength coach. Mom. Former competitor. Real-life woman.
I've been in the fitness industry since 2012, helping women become stronger, more confident, and more comfortable in their bodies.
Today, my focus is helping women 35+ find themselves again through strength, realistic nutrition, and sustainable fitness.
Fitness Has Been a Big Part of My Life
I've been coaching since 2012, but my relationship with fitness has changed quite a bit over the years.
I competed in figure and eventually reached the national level. For a long time, my fitness goals were centered around competition and building the best physique I could.
I loved the challenge, the discipline, and seeing what I was capable of.
But life changes.
I'm a mom of three, with one in their 20s, a teenager, and a 10-year-old. I've built a business with my husband, raised a family, and experienced plenty of seasons where taking care of everyone else came before taking care of myself.
And now I'm in a different chapter.
I'm no longer training for the stage. I'm focused on being strong, healthy, active, and confident in the life I'm actually living.
And honestly, I think that's something a lot of women can relate to.

You Don't Have to Become Who You Were at 25.
I don't want women to spend their 30s, 40s, 50s, or beyond trying to chase the body they had years ago.
Your body and your life have changed. That's okay.
Fitness can change with you.
My goal is to help you feel strong in the body you have today. To feel comfortable in your clothes. To walk into a gym knowing what you're doing. And to feel proud of the woman you're becoming.
You don't need to go backward to feel good again.

Why I Love Coaching Women in This Stage of Life
I've talked to so many women who have spent years putting their families, careers, and responsibilities ahead of themselves.
Then one day they realize:
"I've lost myself somewhere along the way."
Maybe they don't recognize their body anymore.
Maybe they don't know where to start.
Maybe they've tried workout programs that weren't made for them.
Or maybe they simply want to feel strong and confident again.
That's where I come in.
I want women to know that taking care of yourself isn't selfish.
You deserve to have goals of your own.
You deserve to feel strong.
And you deserve to feel confident walking into a gym without wondering if you belong there.
What You Can Expect Working With Me
Personalized
Your body, goals, experience, schedule, and limitations are unique. Your training should be too.
Education
I don't just tell you what to do. I teach you proper form and help you understand why we're doing it.
Adaptable
If an exercise doesn't feel right, we adjust it. Your program should be able to change as you change.
Sustainable
You don't need a perfect diet or an extreme program. You need habits you can actually maintain.
You don’t need perfection. You need a plan that makes sense for your life.

I Don't Believe in Cookie-Cutter Coaching
There are plenty of workouts available at your fingertips.
But having a workout isn't the same thing as having a coach.
I want to know how you're feeling. I want to know what you're struggling with. I want to know when something doesn't feel right.
If you have a knee, hip, neck, or other limitation that needs to be considered, we work around it when appropriate.
If an exercise isn't working for you, we find another way.
And if life gets busy, we figure out how to keep moving forward instead of throwing everything away and starting over.
That's what personalized coaching means to me.
My Favorite Part Isn't Watching the Scale Change.
It's watching a woman change how she sees herself.
It's when she realizes she can lift more than she thought.
When she walks into the gym without feeling intimidated.
When she starts making herself a priority.
When she carries herself differently because she finally feels strong and confident.
Those moments are why I do what I do.
I want my clients to leave our time together feeling like they found themselves again.
